I’m excited to return for another year of coaching the Eden Estates Eels! I have been swimming with the Eels since I was 5 years old & it’s always been a highlight of the summer for me. As a coach, I enjoy teaching stroke technique, working with swimmers toward their goals, making fun memories, & laughing. It has been a joy to see new swimmers develop their skills and make friends on the Eels with the same excitement for summer swim team that I have experienced!
In August I will return to Liberty University as a sophomore to continue working toward a BSN in nursing.
Hi everyone! I’m Ainsley, one of your assistant coaches!
For those who don’t know me yet - I’m 16 and a rising junior at King George High School! I’ve been swimming with the Eels since I was 4, and I also swim for the StingRays and the KGHS varsity girls team.
This is my 3rd year coaching for the EELS and I'm so glad I get to share my passion with all of you!
When I’m not in the pool, I love being outdoors, spending time with animals, and getting to know new people. I’m so excited for this season and can’t wait to see all of you!

Hi! My name is Kate and I am 15 years old. This year I am an Assistant Coach for the Eden Estates Eels Swim Team.
I have been on the Eels since I was 4 years old, and have continued swimming year round with the Stingrays. In addition to swimming, I enjoy playing volleyball, being on the water, and spending time with friends and family.
I can’t wait to get back in the water this summer, develop swimmers’ skills, and have dance parties on the pool deck together! Go Eels!!

Hi! My name is Adley Roles! I am 17 years old, and will be heading into my senior year this fall. I am so excited to have the opportunity to be able to assistant coach this summer!
I have been a part of Eels Swim Team for the past 13 summers and have spent the last two seasons volunteering as a coach. Some of my favorite hobbies are going to the beach, playing volleyball, and playing both piano and guitar. I also enjoy traveling with my family.
I’m looking forward to an amazing season and can’t wait to help everyone grow both as swimmers, and as a team!
Solomon is a rising senior and homeschool student with Classical Conversations. He’s been involved in competitive swimming for several years, and works as a lifeguard at the Spotsylvania YMCA.
Outside of swimming, he spends a lot of time mountain biking and lifting. He’s looking forward to a fun, hardworking season with the team.
